Sujing Wang received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston in 2014. She is an Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director of Computer Science at Lamar University, Beaumont TX. Her research interests include data science, big data, data mining, machine learning and with applications other application domains, such as health sciences and environmental sciences. Sujing is the faculty advisor of StairStep Computer Science program at Lamar University. She is the director of the data science and big data lab.
