Objectives
1. 	Use of Powerpoint Presentation application to produce a slide show of about ten slides.
2.	Use of Design Themes available in the Theme Group on the Design Tab or in the "Installed Themes"
	under the Templates Tab in the New Presentation Dialog Box that appears when you click "New" on the
	Office Menu for creating a new presentation for Pointpoint Introduction. 
        This introduction should consist of about ten slides including the "Summary Slide." 
	It is to be a summary of information you find about Introduction of Powerpoint2007 in any
        pertitent book.  
	It should include, among others,
	a. Powerpoint Characteristics
	b. Common User Interface (Tabs such as Home, Insert, Design, Animations, Slide Show and View)
	c. Four views: Normal, Slide Sorter, Slide Show and Notes Page
	d. Creating a new presentation (by choosing Design Themes and Slide Layouts) 
3.	Enhancing your presentation by adding transition effects and an action 
	button to get the last slide from the first and vice versa.

Steps:
1.	Open Powerpoint2007 from the Programs group as usual.
2.	Click "New" on the Office Menu that appears when you click the Office Button.  
3.      The New Presentation Dialog Box will appear That shows the Templates Tab.
4.	Choose "Installed Themes" under Templates.   
	Many available installed design themes will be shown. Choose one such as "Urban" or "Paper". 
5.	Next, Click the the Layout pull-down menu in the "Slides" Group on the Home Tab.
	You can choose the first layout which is the most suitable to enter the title of 
	your entire presentation.
6.	At this time, you are in the Normal View and about to enter the title 
	and the subtitle of your presentation.
7.	Title  =  POWERPOINT INTRODUCTION
8.	Subtitle = your name and our class-number.
9.	When done with the Title slide, save the file by "SAVE AS" Command 
	under the name of: "PowerPointInt.pptx" (You need not type the extension)
10.	For each successive slide to make, just CTRL-M and select the second 
	Layout (bulleted lists) and enter each slide title and contents.
11.	When done with all slides (about ten of them), make a summary slide that shows the titles
	of the all slides you have made. This summary slide should be slide #1.
12.	Insert an action button (if available) in the Summary slide to get to the last slide using 
	the Action Button command and the Action Setting command. 
	Also insert an action button in the last slide to get to the first slide.
13.	Add a slide transition effect such as "Cover Right-Up" available on the "Transition to This Slide"
        Group on the "Animation" Tab. 
	You may need to click the "Apply to All" button after selecting the desired effect.
14.	Save and run a slide show.
      That's all. Enjoy your project.

	    Shows you how your changes will look with Live Previews.
  4.	Imports Word and Excel files plus insertions of objects such as Photographs, Video 
	and Sound Clips.

Some useful shortcut keys:
  1.	N(or ENTER) and P for "Next slide" and "Previous slide" during Slide Show.
  2.	Tab and Shift-Tab for "Demote" and "Promote"
  3.	CTRL-M for "Insert New slide"
  4.	Function key F5 and ESC for "Slide Show start" and "Slide Show finish"
